Returns and exchanges

We gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations.
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 6 hours of purchase
Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility, unless the return cause is due a defective product by our side. 
The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

★ Contact us within 7 days of receipt of the issued product. If the error was ours, we will refund you the cost of item minus the shipping fees. We will ask you for some photos to see the problem in your item.

★ I do require that you ship the product back to me before we replace it or refund your money.

★ We cannot be held responsible if you cause any harm to the product.


★ You can pay via Paypal or credit card, easy, fast and safe! Payment is due upon placing your order.

★ Our products are shipped through Correos España (Spain) via registered shipping with tracking number (Paq. Estandard National, International and Paq. Light)

★ We ship our items as soon as possible. If you're from outside Spain please be patient. International shipping always take its time!

★ Please, bear in mind when you place your order that weather, seasonal, and other alien circumstances (like a pandemia) can produce shipping delays, and are not our responsibility. If we have some delay issue from our side, we will contact you as son as possible. If you want to purchase a gift, remember to make it with enough time to receive it on time! We can't grant any specific delivery date.

★ If you do not receive your order, please contact us to help you. Our customer service mail is We can't help to fix anything if we don't know the problem. 

★ We ship to the address that appears on your order unless you contact us with other address via message or note in your purchase, so please make sure your address is OK and UPDATED. We cannot be held responsible for any address changes made after you have checked out.
